  • 1010 Caesar Salad

    A Caesar salad with a twist: it's topped with crispy Brussels sprouts and dressed with a flavorful Caesar vinaigrette.

  • Fried Nashville Chicken

    Toasted brioche bread, accompanied by horseradish pickles and a ramp herb peppercorn sauce.

  • Potato Souffle Bites

    Light, airy bites of potato soufflé with a soft texture.

  • Gulf Shrimp & Grits

    Shrimp served over creamy white cheddar grits using "Bloody Butcher" corn, a type of heirloom corn, to add a unique flavor.

All proceeds from the evening will support Habitat for Humanity of Kanawha & Putnam, helping to build safe, affordable homes for families in need of a hand-up.
