 e of West Virginia’s most talked-about restaurants to Charleston\, giving 
 you the chance to dine on some of our state’s finest gourmet food. This ye
 ar\, we're hosting Hill & Hollow of Morgantown for our annual fundraising 
 dinner. \n\nHill & Hollow will be serving up food using Appalachian-source
 d ingredients fused with modern cooking techniques. Each item on the menu 
 will be sourced from local farms.\n\nAppetizers include trout fondue\, con
 fit beef poutine\, roasted pumpkin soup\, salt-rising bread\, ramp flatbre
 ad\, charcuterie\, preserves and pickles\, warm spinach salad\, and local 
 cheeses. \n\nEntrees include Appalachian cioppino\, brown sugar pork tende
 rloin\, roasted chicken with alfalfa\, braised lamb\, rabbit fricassee\, d
 uck shank\, spaghetti squash lasagna\, wild boar cobbler\, and buckwheat o
 konomiyaki cakes.\n\nDesserts include pawpaw bread pudding\, rhubarb crisp
 \, mincemeat pie\, and buttermilk pie.\n\nThe menu is served buffet style 
 allowing you to try each item offered. Additional menu items will be added
  as our local farming partners stock permits.\n\nIn addition\, we have lin
 ed up a terrific musical act to pair with the modern Appalachian cuisine: 
 “Chamberbilly” is a local group of musicians who play traditional Appalach
 ian instrumental music with a modern twist. \n\nShow your support for Habi
